Does Bello’s POS work without internet?
Yes. The POS keeps taking orders and payments when the connection drops, and everything syncs on its own when it returns. Bill numbers never clash.
Can I use my own tablets and printers?
Yes. Bello runs on iPads, Android tablets, Windows PCs and Macs, and prints to standard 80 mm receipt printers. You only buy hardware if you want to.
Can staff give discounts without asking?
You decide. Small discounts can go through, while larger ones and cancellations after the kitchen has the order need a manager’s PIN and a reason.
